AtlasTerms of Service

Terms of Service

Version 3

What changed in this version

What changed: this version replaces the Terms of 25 September 2026. It names who provides Atlas, and says plainly that Atlas is not medical advice and not an emergency service, that reminders can fail and that AI answers can be wrong. It gives the live voice allowance of 120 minutes a month, explains apps you connect, and sets out your consumer rights, how an account is closed and which law applies.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Atlas, on the web or in the Atlas app on your phone. By creating an account or using Atlas you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Atlas.

1. Who we are

Atlas is provided by Rocksofttech ("we", "us", the Atlas team). For help, email support@atlaspa.app. For anything about your personal data, email privacy@atlaspa.app.

2. What Atlas is

Atlas is a personal planner and assistant for work, family and faith. It keeps your tasks, calendar, delegations, notes and the other things you choose to track, and it has AI and voice features that help you plan and capture. Atlas is free to use at the moment. If we start charging for some features, section 8 applies.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Atlas.
  • An account is for one person. Do not share it.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for what happens in your account.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Atlas for anything unlawful.
  • Upload harmful content, malware, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service, or to reach data that is not yours.
  • Enter another person's details (name, email, phone number) without a good reason, or contact people who would not expect to hear from you. When you ask Atlas to invite or remind someone by email, Atlas sends that email for you, and you are responsible for it.
  • Record or upload a meeting without telling the people in it, where the law or common courtesy says you should.

5. Health information, emergencies and AI answers

  • Atlas is not medical advice. Atlas is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Health summaries, the health coach, report analysis and wellbeing scores are general information to help you keep track. They are not a diagnosis. Talk to a doctor or another qualified professional about your health, and before you change a medicine or a treatment.
  • Atlas is not an emergency service. Atlas does not watch your data for warning signs and cannot call for help. In an emergency, call your local emergency number, for example 999 in the UK or 112 in the European Union. If you are struggling or thinking about harming yourself, you can call Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK and Ireland, at any time.
  • Reminders can fail. A reminder for a medicine, a prayer or a task depends on your device, its notifications and your connection. Do not rely on Atlas alone for anything where a missed reminder could harm you.
  • AI answers can be wrong. Answers, summaries, sorting and suggestions from Atlas's AI and voice features are produced automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete, even when they sound certain. Check anything that matters before you act on it, and do not rely on Atlas AI for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. You remain responsible for reviewing any action Atlas takes for you, such as a task it creates from what you said.
  • Prayer times are calculations. Prayer times are calculated from your location and a calculation method, the one Atlas picks for your location or the one you choose. They can differ from the timetable of your local mosque.

6. AI features and fair use

When you use an AI feature, your input (including voice and meeting recordings) is sent to the AI and voice services described in our Privacy Policy. Atlas asks for your consent before you first use an AI feature, and before it stores health data such as medical records, medications and your prayer log.

AI features have fair-use limits, for example 120 minutes of live voice a month. When you reach a limit, the app tells you which one and when it resets. The rest of Atlas keeps working.

7. Services you connect

If you connect a calendar, a wearable or another app to Atlas, you allow Atlas to exchange data with that service as the connection screen describes. That service's own terms apply to it. You can disconnect it at any time. If you connect an app such as an AI assistant to your account, it can read and change everything in your Atlas account until you disconnect it, so connect only apps you trust.

8. Subscriptions and payments

  • Atlas is free at the moment. If we offer paid features, the price is shown in the app before you subscribe, and you never pay without agreeing to it first.
  • Subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, handles sales tax and sends your receipts. Atlas never sees or stores your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings, under Manage subscription, which opens Paddle's customer portal.
  • Refunds are handled through Paddle. You can also email us to ask for one. Your rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel within 14 days, are not affected.
  • Atlas does not currently sell subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.

9. Your content

The content you create in Atlas belongs to you. You allow us to store, copy and process it only as needed to run Atlas for you, as our Privacy Policy describes. Your personal data is handled as described in that policy.

10. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep Atlas available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose: you can download your data at any time in Settings, under Your data. We may update, change or withdraw features to improve Atlas or to comply with the law.

11. Ending your use of Atlas

  • You can stop using Atlas and delete your account at any time from your Profile. If you have a subscription that can still renew, cancel it first. Atlas will not delete an account that can still be charged. What happens to your data is set out in section 11 of the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, or to protect other people or the service. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to download your data.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Atlas is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on Atlas for something section 5 says it is not for. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the European Union, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the consumer law of your country.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the app the next time you open it after the change is published. The version and the date of these Terms are shown at the top of this page, and earlier versions are kept.
