Help with Atlas, and where to send a privacy request or a security report.
Get help
Email support@atlaspa.app from the address you use for Atlas. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened. A screenshot helps. We reply by email.
Your data and privacy
- Download everything Atlas holds about you: open Settings, go to Your data, and choose Download my data.
- Delete your account: open Profile and choose Delete account. The steps, and what stays afterwards, are on the account deletion page.
- Any other privacy request (correction, restriction, objection, or a question about your data): email privacy@atlaspa.app. We answer within one month.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle. To cancel or change one, open Settings and choose Manage subscription. For a refund, email us.
Report a security problem
Email support@atlaspa.app. Please give us a chance to fix the problem before you tell anyone else.
